SSC Series 300mm Stainless Steel Thermal Process Cassettes

The SSC300 is a special application of 25-slot all-welded type 316 stainless steel. The construction features kinematic mounts, wafer retainer lock bar, side handles, and a hard clear anodized finish. The SSC 300 is compatible with FOUP stations. 

For high thermal bake processes where H-Square’s standard aluminium MC12-25HC1 design cannot be used.
