AMC High Temperature 76-200mm Metal Cassettes

Special high-temperature 25-slot aluminum metal cassettes used in semiconductor manufacturing operations. Features a hard clear (HC) anodization surface finish for abrasion resistance and longevity. 

Typically used for thermal applications between 250°-350°C where elevated temperatures cause warping to other carriers
